La Table de l’Ermitage, establishment referenced in the MICHELIN Guide 2026, celebrates gastronomic cuisine inspired by Normandy and Brittany, where seasonal products, expertise, and creativity meet in subtle harmony.
Each dish honors fresh and local products carefully selected from committed producers: blue lobster from Normandy, fine oysters from the West coast, duck foie gras or “Kaviari” smoked salmon from Scotland. Essentials enhanced with precision and sensitivity.
The menu evolves with the market and chefs’ inspiration, offering a lively, sincere, and refined culinary experience — ideal for a romantic dinner nestled in the bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, an elegant lunch in Normandy, or a gastronomic moment in a luxury hotel.
